This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee regional initiatives and priorities aimed at enhancing the capabilities of Talent Acquisition Operations and promoting ongoing improvement.
• Lead a regional team of TA Operations professionals, including Lead and Senior team members and coordinators, to ensure timely, high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Promote the regional implementation of recruitment processes, enterprise standards, tools, and technologies.
• Track regional metrics, workload, capacity, and data integrity to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics to uphold accountability and enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and stakeholders to elevate the experience of candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Implement Lean methodologies and apply project management techniques to enhance processes and operations.
• Work alongside technology teams to facilitate the implementation, support, training, and adoption of recruitment tools and systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy regulations, enterprise standards, and local requirements.
• Assist in governance activities, including audits, controls, and regional compliance assessments.
• Act as the regional point of contact for escalations and stakeholder requirements related to TA Operations.
• Contribute to global TA Operations projects and provide regional insights to support enterprise-wide enhancements.
• Cultivate a culture of belonging, growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Previous experience managing personnel and/or leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in leading cross-functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives.
• Proficiency in recruiting best practices, process enhancement, project and change management, as well as recruiting technologies and systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in utilizing data to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones and participate in select global calls as necessary.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10% as needed.
• Strong proficiency in the English language (speaking, writing, and reading).
