This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the global recruiting technology ecosystem, which includes managing ATS, integrations, reporting, automation, and vendor relationships.
• Create a long-term Talent Acquisition Operations roadmap that aligns with business growth and recruiting strategies.
• Spearhead the responsible adoption of AI-driven recruiting technologies.
• Design and standardize scalable recruiting processes across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other global regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, People Systems, Legal, IT, Procurement, and business leaders on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and operational initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and convert recruiting data into actionable insights for the business.
• Create programs to enable recruiters, provide training for hiring managers, and develop interview guides, playbooks, and AI best practices.
• Enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences through process optimization and excellence in service.
• Oversee enterprise change management for the implementation of recruiting technologies and process enhancements.
• Propel operational excellence through automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations, data privacy laws, and readiness for audits.
• Standardize and promote the adoption of global recruiting workflows.
• Execute at least one enterprise-level recruiting technology or automation initiative on a global scale.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, People Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Operations within global organizations.
• Practical experience in managing enterprise ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday Recruiting.
• Proven track record of implementing recruiting technologies, AI solutions, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in creating executive dashboards and influencing decisions through data insights.
• Exceptional program management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with global employment practices, GDPR, CCPA, and recruiting compliance standards.
• Experience in developing scalable documentation, enablement resources, and operational playbooks.
• Background in a fast-paced SaaS organization.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with automation platforms like Tray.io, Workato, or Zapier.
