This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create and implement processes, workflows, and standards that enable recruitment growth from 50 to hundreds of employees.
• Provide insights: identify where the process falters, slows down, or could be optimized — and develop solutions.
• Set up operational rigor and documentation to ensure that effective hiring practices are repeatable and not reliant on any single individual.
• Manage Greenhouse as the primary system of record — overseeing configuration, structure, hygiene, and discipline.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date, and reliable data, ensuring that every report and decision is based on solid information.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPIs and OKRs, highlighting significant trends.
• Facilitate coordination throughout the entire recruiting pipeline — across all departments and stages — ensuring that searches progress smoothly and adhere to standards.
• Organize interviews with hiring managers, panels, and candidates, ensuring no details are overlooked.
• Prioritize searches according to benchmarks and metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Uphold a candidate experience that demonstrates our commitment to valuing our people, from start to finish.
• Assist with company research, sourcing, and initial candidate outreach using LinkedIn and other tools when searches require additional support.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or coordination, with strong project management skills.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Greenhouse — you have managed an ATS, not just used one.
• A builder's mindset: you don’t just follow a process; you identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Proficient in data analysis — able to extract, structure, and interpret recruiting metrics, and you enjoy working with spreadsheets.
• Exceptional organizational skills, unwavering follow-up, and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package — including a 401(k) with matching, medical, dental, vision coverage, and equity opportunities for full-time employees.
• Flexible remote work options.
• Unlimited Responsible Paid Time Off (PTO).
• A direct role in the growth of a cash-flow-positive company, where your contributions have a visible impact on Nift's revenue, growth, and scale.
