📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive recruiting process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Create and execute search strategies for various business, corporate, and technical roles.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish hiring requirements and sourcing strategies.

• Identify, engage, and support candidates throughout the interview and offer stages.

• Examine hiring data and procedures to uncover and resolve root causes or inefficiencies.

• Propose and implement enhancements in recruiting processes, documentation, and tools.

• Counsel candidates on closing strategies to achieve high acceptance rates.

• Participate in continuous improvements to hiring systems and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for both business and technical roles, preferably in the enterprise software industry.

• Strong capability to work autonomously, quickly adapting to new roles, markets, and processes.

• A successful history of hiring in highly competitive talent markets.

• Minimum of four years of recruiting experience, including outbound search.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders effectively.

• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to achieving hiring objectives.

• Comfort in transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on recruiting activities.

• Familiarity with Ashby or comparable recruiting tools.
