Talent Acquisition Manager, Latin America Caribbean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• The Talent Acquisition Manager - LAC is tasked with overseeing the sourcing and/or complete recruitment processes for Director and General Manager positions for both full-service and select-service hotels throughout the subregion.

• Provide support for a portfolio comprising 42 operational hotels, with an expectation of 4–5 additional hotel openings in the upcoming three years.

• Collaborate closely with hotel leadership, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and secure exceptional talent across various hotel functions.

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes conducting intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, managing interviews, handling offer negotiations, and coordinating onboarding.

• Ensure that candidates have a top-notch experience throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership positions, including Director and/or General Manager roles.

• 3–7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.

• Experience in recruiting within the hospitality industry.

• Background in supporting hotel openings or large-scale hiring efforts.

• Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; fluency in Portuguese is an advantage.

• Experience recruiting within Latin America and Caribbean markets.

• Understanding of regional labor market dynamics and employment practices.
