This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ The Talent Acquisition Manager - LAC is tasked with overseeing the sourcing and/or complete recruitment processes for Director and General Manager positions for both full-service and select-service hotels throughout the subregion.
β’ Provide support for a portfolio comprising 42 operational hotels, with an expectation of 4β5 additional hotel openings in the upcoming three years.
β’ Collaborate closely with hotel leadership, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and secure exceptional talent across various hotel functions.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes conducting intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, managing interviews, handling offer negotiations, and coordinating onboarding.
β’ Ensure that candidates have a top-notch experience throughout the recruitment journey.
β’ Proven experience in recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership positions, including Director and/or General Manager roles.
β’ 3β7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
β’ Experience in recruiting within the hospitality industry.
β’ Background in supporting hotel openings or large-scale hiring efforts.
β’ Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred; fluency in Portuguese is an advantage.
β’ Experience recruiting within Latin America and Caribbean markets.
β’ Understanding of regional labor market dynamics and employment practices.
