Talent Acquisition Manager, Healthcare – Führungskräfte

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identification and direct approach of executives in the healthcare sector

• Active sourcing through various recruiting channels and networks

• Establishment and maintenance of sustainable candidate networks in Northern Germany

• Conducting telephone, digital, and in-person interviews

• Advising and supporting executives throughout the entire placement process

• Creation of meaningful candidate profiles

• Close collaboration with the sales team and sales consultants

• Management and coordination of ongoing recruitment processes

• Monitoring market and recruiting trends in the healthcare sector

• Experience in recruiting, executive search, or direct candidate engagement

• Ideally, knowledge in the care, health, or hospital sectors

• Enjoyment in networking and building long-term relationships

• Strong communication and interviewing skills

• A good sense of people, motivation, and potential

• Independent and structured working style

• High quality awareness and commitment in dealings with candidates and clients
