• Design and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives using market insights, competitive analysis, and internal workforce requirements to attract exceptional talent.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for a diverse range of positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey from job definition, posting, and sourcing to technical evaluations and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with team.blue HR departments to ensure that recruitment practices adhere to local entity regulations and internal protocols.
• Serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Track and enhance recruitment KPIs, focusing on time-to-fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
• Ensure a uniform, structured, and equitable recruitment process across all entities.
• Educate and assist hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interviewing techniques, and decision-making processes.
• Act as a reliable partner to hiring managers, offering insights on role specifications, seniority, market trends, and recruiting strategies.
• Challenge and align recruitment needs with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across various countries and entities to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and contribute to a seamless and consistent new hire experience across all entities.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of Kolsquare’s employer branding strategy.
• Manage and update recruitment-related materials (career page, job descriptions, recruitment messaging) to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Kolsquare’s culture and values.
• Continuously enhance the candidate experience as a fundamental aspect of employer branding.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar position within a start-up, scale-up, or international setting.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles and seniority levels.
• Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment across multiple regions and technical areas.
• Excellent talent assessment skills and familiarity with different interview formats and evaluation tools.
• A strategic, hands-on collaborator with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and training hiring managers.
• Data-oriented mindset with a keen emphasis on KPIs and process improvement.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
• Comfortable operating in a complex, multi-entity, international landscape.
