• Develop and enhance Greenhouse workflows (including knockout questions, application templates, scorecards, and rejection taxonomies) to maintain clean and consistent high-volume pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process, including timely communication and offer negotiations.
• Maintain strict data hygiene across dispositions and funnel reporting, providing updates on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion metrics to leadership.

• Identify process inefficiencies and create scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and tools as the team expands.
• A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of direct management of recruiters or coordinators, preferably in high-volume and multi-market hiring environments.

• Practical experience with Greenhouse, not only in usage but also in configuring workflows, application questions, scorecards, and reporting.
• A proactive, hands-on approach; equally willing to resolve process issues as you are to manage candidate slates.
• Proven ability in process improvement: identifying gaps and developing the SOP, template, or system that previously did not exist.
• Experience in recruiting for both corporate and operational/hourly positions.
• Strong data proficiency and hygiene: adept at creating trackers, analyzing funnel metrics, maintaining clean disposition data, and reporting confidently to leadership.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities; comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers.

• Familiarity with multi-state employment compliance is a plus.
• Experience in cannabis, startup, or logistics/distribution industries is an added benefit.
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
