This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for AIS across both technical and non-technical roles.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Provide guidance to hiring leaders regarding recruitment priorities, market trends, and best practices in hiring.
• Create diverse talent pipelines through networking, sourcing tools, referrals, social media, and external collaborations.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer and onboarding coordination.
• Supervise university recruiting and programs aimed at early-career professionals.
• Lead the reporting of recruiting metrics and insights to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and pipeline health.
• Ensure adherence to compliant recruiting practices in collaboration with HR, compensation, and business leaders.
• Partner with leadership to refine sourcing strategies and improve AI capabilities in support of recruiting efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ideally experienced in supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or defense sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct full-cycle recruiting across various functions and levels.
• Comprehensive HR expertise in client group support, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and senior executives.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and contemporary recruiting tools/technology.
• Preferred experience in recruiting within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Experience in leading university recruiting and internship or early-career initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and talent analytics is an advantage.
