This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Director in overseeing the daily functions of the recruitment team.
• Track team performance and ensure that KPIs (such as time-to-fill, submissions, and interview-to-hire ratios) are consistently achieved.
• Guarantee that recruiting processes and best practices are rigorously adhered to by the team.
• Assess interviews carried out by recruiters and provide constructive feedback to enhance quality and effectiveness.
• Perform regular quality checks on candidate profiles before submission to ensure they align with role requirements and client expectations.
• Train, mentor, and onboard Talent Acquisition Specialists to improve their skills and performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching or corrective measures as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
• Aid in the development and enhancement of recruitment strategies, workflows, and standards.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, accountability, and team morale.
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related field, including team management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics and performance management practices.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching recruiters or Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively evaluate candidate quality.
• Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Problem-solving orientation with a proactive and positive approach.
