This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for technical roles serving DoD and Intelligence Community clients.
• Identify, evaluate, interview, and guide candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Develop and sustain robust pipelines of technical and cleared talent.
• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to comprehend current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Assist in optimizing recruiting, onboarding, and employee processing workflows.
• Participate in local recruitment initiatives, career fairs, and industry networking events in the DMV area.
• Enhance recruiting procedures, candidate experiences, and employee retention strategies.
• Contribute to A&M's expansion through networking and relationship-building within the industry.
• Engage in selected business development efforts.
• Aid in refining the hiring process, expanding the talent network, supporting employees, and facilitating company growth.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for Federal IT, DoD, Intelligence Community, or Government Contracting is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of technical positions, technologies, and skill sets.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building.
• Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote setup.
• Must reside in the DMV area and be available for occasional local events.
• Preference for candidates with experience in recruiting cleared professionals.
• Active security clearance is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in business development or federal contracting is a bonus.
