Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and specific talent needs in order to develop candidate profiles.

• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle from sourcing top talent, conducting insightful screenings, providing recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates throughout various stages of the hiring process including phone screenings, video interviews, and face-to-face meetings.

• Administer skill assessments when relevant.

• Assist in revising and creating job descriptions.

• Negotiate salary rates and other employment terms with candidates.

• Establish a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

• Advise HR and hiring managers on talent market insights, hiring trends, and best practices in recruitment.
