This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead, guide, and nurture a team of recruiters.
• Manage the complete recruitment process for clinical, medical, operational, leadership, and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and create proactive recruiting strategies.
• Track recruitment workloads and prioritize open positions in accordance with organizational priorities.
• Hold regular recruiting meetings with operational leadership.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Formulate sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs, educational institutions, and community partnerships.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for challenging-to-fill roles.
• Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and executive-level recruiting metrics.
• Assess recruiting workflows and execute process improvements.
• Assist with new facility openings, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Provide support for executive and leadership recruitment as necessary.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• A minimum of two years in a recruiting leadership or management role.
• Experience in recruiting across various locations and disciplines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems and best practices in recruiting.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare or behavioral health recruiting.
• Preferred: experience in multi-state recruiting.
• Preferred: background in supporting high-growth organizations.
• Preferred: familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
