Talent Acquisition Lead – Industria Petrolera

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Gathering of profile requirements

• Creation and publication of job advertisements on employment portals and social media

• Comprehensive recruitment for all types of profiles (primarily in Oil & Gas)

• Sourcing and selection of candidates through Hunting techniques

• Conducting interviews using various methods

• Preparation of interview reports

• Full oversight of the selection processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes

• Background in selecting personnel related to the oil industry, including technical and IT profiles

• Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese
