Talent Acquisition Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Guide and develop the Talent Acquisition (TA) team through effective coaching, support, and sharing of best practices.

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for challenging and essential positions, emphasizing quality and efficiency.

• Initiate and participate in employer branding efforts across social media, career websites, and recruitment initiatives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate hiring requirements and create proactive recruitment strategies.

• Utilize data and analytics to assess recruitment performance and promote ongoing enhancements.

• Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, offering insights and influencing hiring decisions.

• Utilize external recruitment tools and ensure a positive return on investment across sourcing channels.

• Assist TA leadership in improving processes, tools, and resources to boost efficiency and hiring quality.

• Employ recruitment tools and social media platforms and assist in organizing career fairs when necessary.

• Carry out additional tasks as required by business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international setting (Center of Excellence).

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and explore effective solutions.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership in a consultative role.
