This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Develop and implement AI and automation solutions to improve recruiting processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors associated with recruiting technology.
• Ensure that recruiting systems are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
• Enhance the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee the entire recruiting technology stack.
• Uphold high standards for the integrity and consistency of recruiting data.
• Create and maintain dashboards for recruiting analytics and reporting purposes.
• Carry out additional duties as required in line with the responsibilities of this role.
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in managing recruiting technology platforms, including ATS optimization.
• Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Experience in collaborating with recruiters and leadership to implement technological solutions.
• Capability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology services.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Awareness of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition technology.
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level.
