This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide comprehensive support for recruitment processes across various clients and positions.
• Identify and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and additional sourcing channels.
• Evaluate resumes and create a shortlist of candidates that align with job specifications.
• Execute initial outreach to candidates and organize interview schedules.
• Maintain and refresh candidate tracking systems and hiring dashboards.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure an efficient interview process.
• Collaborate closely with team members to address hiring priorities.
• Contribute to enhancing sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A methodical and disciplined approach to managing workflows.
• Capability to juggle multiple roles and companies at the same time.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership and dependability.
• MBA / PGDM / undergraduate students with an interest in HR / Recruitment.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship experience in HR/recruitment is advantageous but not required.
