Talent Acquisition Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System

• Coordinate and conduct phone interviews

• Support the implementation of a Recruiting Best Practice framework

• Aid in the creation of an event calendar that includes career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking events

• Contribute to candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

• Experience and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development

• Enthusiasm for startups

• Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and possess a proactive attitude!

• Compensation: The Human Resources Intern position offers a salary of 700 USD monthly before taxes.
