• Conducting candidate searches across various platforms.

• Effectively sourcing candidates through both direct and indirect channels.

• Managing the resume database, trackers, and reports.

• Coordinating interview schedules and performing follow-ups.

• Negotiating candidates' compensation and pay rates.

• Keeping track of all requirements and the status of recruitment.
