This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define role specifications.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
• Develop robust talent pipelines across LATAM by leveraging LinkedIn and relevant communities.
• Enhance hiring efficiency through the use of ATS tools (Workable) and AI-driven workflows.
• Organize interviews to ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates.
• Assist in preparing offers, proposing salaries, and managing onboarding procedures.
• Monitor hiring progress and provide insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of LATAM market trends and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employer branding.
• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally within tech or high-growth sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of LATAM labor markets, hiring practices, and employment regulations (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Colombia).
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (both written and spoken) is crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to source, manage, and close candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (experience with Workable is an advantage).
• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
