This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions up to G7 level, ensuring that hires meet high standards and align with business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to establish hiring strategies, set evaluation criteria, and facilitate smooth calibration through kickoff meetings.

• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate diverse talent pipelines and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

• Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication, providing timely feedback, and serving as a professional brand ambassador for Wellhub.

• Examine recruitment metrics and data to pinpoint bottlenecks, optimize processes, and formally suggest improvements to elevate the efficiency of the TA function.

• Ensure adherence to global labor regulations, internal service level agreements, and data accuracy (cost centers, candidate stages, and budget alignment) within our ATS (Greenhouse).

• Advocate for diversity, equity, and belonging by actively sourcing from underrepresented groups and addressing biases throughout the selection process.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams (People Ops, OD&B) to guarantee smooth onboarding and contribute to employer branding efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand, fast-paced settings (such as startups or large corporations).

• High proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and practical experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for report generation and funnel metric analysis.

• Strong familiarity with and interest in Artificial Intelligence, with a proven history of leveraging AI tools to enhance daily TA operations (e.g., crafting job descriptions, candidate ranking, or sourcing).

• Capability to utilize Market Intelligence and Talent Insights to spot trends and facilitate data-driven hiring decisions.

• Proven ability to align candidate salary expectations with internal budgets and financial constraints.

• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.

• Fluent in English, as collaboration with global teams and stakeholders is essential.
