This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the complete background check procedures utilizing the Sterling (now First Advantage) platform, ensuring adherence to global privacy laws and employment regulations.
• Works in close collaboration with our Global Security team to evaluate and address adverse findings in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Keeps track of background check completion metrics to guarantee alignment with hiring schedules.
• Guarantees a superior candidate experience through timely follow-up and communication from the acceptance of the offer to the start date.
• Acts as the subject matter expert on Talent processes and procedures by providing accurate guidance to candidates, employees, and managers regarding the necessary actions to take.
• Applies judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Collaborates with third-party stakeholders, as necessary, to provide information in compliance with local employment laws.
• May contribute to other projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Familiarity with background check management, onboarding, and processing Talent Acquisition-related transactions.
• A self-motivated individual with initiative, a positive demeanor, and a dedication to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Experience serving as the primary contact for candidates or in a customer service-oriented role.
• Skills in process improvement, training, communication, and project management.
• Strong communication abilities with a capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Exceptional attention to detail, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to operate effectively at all levels within an organization and across diverse cultures.
