This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and manage all administrative responsibilities throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Develop candidate profile pages in advance of client endorsements, including coordination of video profiles, profile creation, and follow-up on requirements.
• Inform candidates of all essential pre-employment criteria such as BYOD specifications, distributing and collecting signed offer letters, and initiating background check requests.
• Ensure that all new hires receive their onboarding information, including a welcome email and company credentials.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding the steps for pre-employment medical examinations.
• Monitor and track the progress of all required steps during the hiring and onboarding processes for each candidate or new hire.
• Provide assistance with sourcing or additional tasks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support talent acquisition initiatives.
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Achieve or surpass performance targets related to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and procedures by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.
• Maintain a constructive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards both customers and colleagues consistently.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role, ideally within a call center or staffing environment.
• Excellent communication abilities, both spoken and written.
• Strong comprehension of hiring processes, best practices, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
