This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Oversee the recruitment process, which includes job postings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates.
• Engage in effective communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases updated and maintained.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and creating recruitment marketing materials.
• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates as required.
• Compile candidate evaluations and other documents necessary for hiring decisions.
• Remain updated on industry trends and take part in recruitment-related events and initiatives.
• Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative capacity is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and general recruitment processes.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Experience with recruiting via social media is an advantage.
