Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, mainly for medical coding and clinical positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business requirements and align recruitment strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

• Employ innovative and proactive techniques to source and engage both active and passive candidates.

• Facilitate and encourage internal mobility by identifying and matching current employees to available positions.

• Provide prompt communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

• Develop and manage job postings while assisting with recruitment efforts.

• Keep accurate and organized records of candidate information through applicant tracking systems.

• Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and employment laws.

• Arrange interviews, manage hiring logistics, and support onboarding processes as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of onsite recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare recruitment.

• Previous experience hiring for FQHC or RCM markets is advantageous.

• Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume and challenging roles.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and uphold a strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and standard office software.
