This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +20 more states.
• Oversee candidate scheduling, interview arrangements, and hiring activities across various stakeholders and time zones.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Assist with candidate sourcing, resume evaluations, screening procedures, and pipeline management as necessary.
• Aid in offer administration and pre-employment processes.
• Keep accurate candidate records, workflows, and job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and talent acquisition operations.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees and contractors from the acceptance of offers through their initial days with the organization.
• Manage onboarding communications, scheduling, and collaboration with hiring managers, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate background checks, I-9 verification, onboarding documentation, and requests for system access.
• Organize new hire orientation logistics, onboarding resources, and employee welcome activities.
• Oversee the ordering and distribution of employee swag.
• Ensure that new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and support for a successful onboarding experience.
• Assist in the administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other talent-related systems and databases.
• Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, communication materials, and resources for candidates.
• Support People & Culture communications, manage shared inboxes, and contribute to employee experience initiatives.
• Help with reporting, data tracking, and operational projects across Talent Acquisition and People & Culture.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, communication, and the overall candidate and employee experience.
• Provide adaptable support across Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience initiatives based on organizational priorities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee experience, talent operations, or related functions.
• Experience in coordinating interviews, candidate communications, onboarding activities, or hiring processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Capability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar platforms.
