Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the complete interview process.

• Aid in the management and administration of the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).

• Collaborate closely with coordinators and recruiters to enhance current programs and processes.

• Provide in-office support for on-site candidate interviews as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a comparable role.

• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs).

• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Willingness to work night shifts to accommodate US/UK time zones.
