πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assess applicants through Indeed, Angelist, and the client's applicant tracking system.

β€’ Actively search for passive candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, Indeed, and other platforms.

β€’ Craft personalized emails and outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn, Gem, and email.

β€’ Perform phone screenings, create candidate summaries, and present potential candidates to the client.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the Founder and Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant to grasp the client's recruitment needs.

β€’ Continuously enhance the candidate experience, ensuring they have a favorable impression of the client and Early-Stage Strategic Consulting, even if they are not selected.

β€’ Optimize recruiting operations and develop innovative systems to strengthen candidate pipelines and decrease time to hire.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (at least 1 year in sales or GTM recruiting).

β€’ A creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Ziprecruiter, Gem, Seekout, and Indeed.

β€’ A strong enthusiasm for candidates and a passion for advocating on their behalf.

β€’ The confidence to challenge hiring managers regarding non-traditional candidates or innovative recruiting strategies.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail to guarantee that all candidates receive a positive experience throughout the interview process.

β€’ Familiarity with or a willingness to learn recruiting software such as Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Seekout, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub.

β€’ A proactive attitude towards utilizing recruiting automation software to expedite candidate conversations and minimize the time to hire.

β€’ Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

β€’ Bonus points for experience in a fast-paced recruiting setting or agency background.

β€’ Prior experience in a sales or marketing role.

β€’ Experience with early-stage or growth-stage startups.
