Talent Acquisition Consultant III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Attract, source, and identify exceptional talent for exempt roles.

• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with senior managers, leaders, and executives.

• Formulate and implement talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.

• Engage with senior leaders to execute recruiting strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.

• Create a pool of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing initiatives.

• Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on interviewing practices, skills, and competencies.

• Inform candidates about the advantages of working for Fifth Third Bank and relevant employment considerations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR COE partners to craft competitive job offers.

• Extend and negotiate offers to candidates, including complex compensation packages.

• Keep track of external market conditions and industry trends.

• Report insights regarding market and competitor intelligence.

• Build relationships with external employment sources, placement agencies, research firms, and industry organizations.

• Enhance the candidate experience and advocate for its significance within the business.

• Offer mentorship and support to less experienced talent acquisition consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field (or equivalent professional experience required).

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in recruiting or HR is required.

• Experience in a setting that emphasizes individual responsibility and team-oriented performance.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Capable of organizing and managing multiple tasks and requests effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in recruitment networking and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Ability to engage with all levels within the organization.

• Self-starter with the capacity to work independently.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Proficient in PC technical skills.
