This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from initiation to offer acceptance.
• Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Formulate sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, operational, and leadership positions.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional platforms.
• Evaluate and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview process and ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
• Handle offer negotiations and assist in successfully closing candidates.
• Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to clients.
• Provide insights into the market, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks, and hiring suggestions.
• Share regular updates on hiring progress and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Aid clients in enhancing their hiring processes and candidate experiences.
• Keep accurate records within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Create candidate reports and summaries of interviews.
• Monitor hiring metrics and pipeline performance.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of recruiting processes and best practices.
• Around 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or recruitment consulting.
• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in recruiting for technology, startups, fintech, SaaS, AI, or high-growth sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
• Capability to oversee multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful in approach.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting across various countries and regions is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar is preferred.
• Background in hiring technical talent, including software engineers, product managers, data professionals, and GTM roles is preferred.
• Experience working in a recruitment agency, executive search firm, RPO, or consulting environment is preferred.
