Talent Acquisition Business Partner

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions across the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica.

• Act as the main Talent Acquisition partner for the organization, effectively managing the recruiting activities across various departments and hiring priorities.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies, workforce plans, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Develop proactive and diverse talent pipelines utilizing modern sourcing methodologies, referrals, talent communities, networking, and AI-driven recruiting tools.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the initial conversation through to onboarding.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders regarding hiring decisions, interview quality, compensation positioning, and talent market insights.

• Balance daily recruiting activities with strategic initiatives, including employer branding, recruiting operations, interview training, and process enhancements.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to uncover trends, project hiring outcomes, and propose data-informed improvements.

• Design and continuously refine scalable recruiting programs, structured interview processes, hiring documentation, and best practices.

• Promote an inclusive hiring process based on structured assessments and objective decision-making.

• Enhance the OfficeSpace employer brand through social media, networking events, community partnerships, and talent marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and People Team to synchronize hiring strategies with business growth.

• Utilize AI to optimize sourcing, interview preparation, candidate communication, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting workflows.

• Assess emerging AI recruiting technologies and suggest new methods to improve hiring effectiveness while upholding ethical and compliant recruiting practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including roles as a sole or primary recruiter within a growing organization.

• Proven track record in recruiting across a wide array of corporate functions, encompassing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage multiple requisitions across varied business functions without dedicated sourcing or recruiting coordination support.

• Experience in directly partnering with executives and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor.

• Strong sourcing skills with a history of building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.

• Experience in creating recruiting processes, interview frameworks, hiring manager training, and scalable recruiting best practices.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate recruitment data into actionable business insights.

• Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, along with recruiting analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and hiring outcomes.

• Excellent project management skills, capable of balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High sense of ownership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach.

• Curiosity regarding AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to responsibly orchestrate AI tools while prioritizing relationships and candidate experience.
