This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Propel Strategic Growth
• Partner with the Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP), Franchise Consultants, and Advisors to enhance engagement and accelerate the growth of practices
• Oversee the annual business planning process, ensuring robust participation and significant goal-setting throughout the territory
• Spearhead impactful recruitment initiatives for both Novice and Experienced Advisors, franchise personnel, and external practice acquisitions
• Develop and implement tailored onboarding strategies for new advisors and acquired practices
• Assist field leaders and top advisors with strategic communication, growth resources, and special requests
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Capacity to initiate and implement change, drive results, and ensure accountability among others
• Strategic mindset with the capability to convert vision into actionable steps
• Strong project management skills and strategic execution capabilities
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
