This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Monitor action items within the TA team, take ownership of follow-ups, and highlight potential issues before they escalate.

• Ensure our project boards in Notion and other platforms are precise and up-to-date.

• When something requires a prompt, you are the one who initiates it.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data, CS, and Sales to collect updates and context.

• Transform disorganized inputs into clear and usable responses.

• Be aware of where information is stored and retrieve it as needed.

• Maintain accuracy in Workable and our reporting workbooks.

• Identify inconsistencies before they lead to erroneous reporting.

• Assist in ensuring that our reports accurately reflect actual occurrences.

• Create and uphold clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

• Substitute informal knowledge with repeatable systems that the team can operate on.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and our data and operations partners.

• Keep everyone informed and unblocked.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a coordination, operations, or project management position.

• Recruiting or TA experience is advantageous, but the critical factor is a proven history of managing follow-through in a dynamic, cross-functional setting (such as agency operations, executive assistant/chief-of-staff roles, program coordination, or client operations).

• Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to convey the overarching vision to stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and independent.
