This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-focused platforms, to discover potential candidates.
• Create captivating job advertisements and postings to draw in top talent.
• Proactively connect with passive candidates, fostering relationships and positioning the company as an employer of choice.
• Evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and alignment with the company's needs.
• Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidates' technical abilities, cultural fit, and career goals.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain a database of prospective candidates for both current and future job opportunities.
• Regularly update candidate profiles with pertinent information and feedback.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their staffing requirements and expectations.
• Offer insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Aid in the decision-making process and provide feedback to enhance selection.
• Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates, including negotiations and clarification of benefits.
• Guarantee a smooth onboarding process by collaborating with HR and IT departments to prepare new employees for success.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring results in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to monitor progress and implement data-driven enhancements.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for technical positions, particularly in software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting.
• Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific jargon.
• Experience with interview techniques and assessment strategies for technical candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertinent to recruitment.
• Certifications in HR or recruitment fields are advantageous.
