Talent Acquisition Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers at the site level in the US to identify workforce requirements

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for positions in Engineering, Operations, Finance, and other essential areas

• Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to source, screen, and interview candidates

• Build and sustain talent pipelines for critical and challenging-to-fill roles

• Track and enhance key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate experience

• Support university recruiting initiatives and assist with Talent Acquisition COE projects

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience is mandatory, with 5+ years being preferred

• Experience in recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, metals, aerospace, or similar production sectors is strongly desired

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient with SuccessFactors ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

• Familiarity with labor market trends and talent pipelines in manufacturing
