This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for positions within Rigid Packaging manufacturing and production facilities, overseeing both high-volume hiring demands and crucial individual placements.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and achieve timely, high-quality hiring results.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders and HR within a complex, matrixed environment, balancing various business priorities.
• Lead direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping efforts to attract candidates in highly competitive labor markets.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience while adhering to local labor regulations and internal standards.
• 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong background in recruiting for manufacturing settings (operations and site-specific roles).
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations, adept at navigating complexity and cultural differences.
• Background in both in-house and agency recruitment to provide a well-rounded approach to hiring.
• Proficiency in English and an additional language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.).
• Strong “get-the-ground-running” attitude: adaptable, agile, hands-on, and comfortable in low-maturity environments.
