This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating candidates for various tech positions.
• Oversee job postings on multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, internal ATS, and local job boards.
• Organize interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate communication with candidates.
• Help ensure that our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever) maintains accurate and current data.
• Aid in market mapping and competitor analysis to enhance hiring strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects.
• Engage in weekly team sync meetings and discussions with hiring managers.
• Identify and propose process improvement ideas based on observations.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong passion for recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship experience is advantageous).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Able to thrive in an international and technology-oriented environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for collaborating with overseas partners and stakeholders.
