This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from role initiation to the offer stage.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify hiring requirements, create job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Actively seek and engage top talent through LinkedIn, Boolean search methods, niche job boards, and creative outreach techniques.
• Perform candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate both technical skills and cultural compatibility.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Keep precise and current candidate records in the ATS and other internal systems.
• Deliver regular updates and reports on hiring progress to the Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Utilize tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace to manage workflows, monitor progress, and adhere to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in hiring for a diverse range of roles and industries.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workflow management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Workspace).
• Capability to manage multiple open positions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
