This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Play an active role in both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies.
• Execute direct outbound sourcing via platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Perform screening calls with candidates to evaluate their suitability for various roles.
• Oversee the logistics of interviews with candidates.
• Provide insights to Project Managers and Client Managers regarding candidate landscapes and market trends.
• Take responsibility for enhancing the candidate experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-focused environment.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS systems.
• Flourish in performance-driven settings.
• Possess a growth-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative and dedicated to teamwork.
• Able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a highly agile environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
