This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Publish job descriptions.

• Identify potential candidates on specialized platforms.

• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' skills.

• Interview candidates utilizing various techniques (e.g., structured interviews, technical evaluations, and behavioral inquiries).

• Collaborate with management to project goals and hiring requirements.

• Create and dispatch tailored recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

• Draft job offer letters.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

• Discover potential clients during interviews and connect with them via LinkedIn.

• Enhance the company's image as an excellent workplace.

• Stay informed about emerging technological trends and products.

• Take initiative to ensure a positive experience for candidates.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment is a plus.

• Highly motivated and eager to grasp the responsibilities and skills associated with various roles.

• Willingness and capability to swiftly learn recruitment selection methods and techniques.

• Diligent, with a strong ambition to succeed in this position, and open to working extended hours as necessary.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Well-organized individual.

• Proficient in using social media and job boards, with excellent expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter being advantageous.

• Excellent command of English, including speaking, writing, and reading comprehension—this is essential.

• Reliable internet connection: 100+ Mbps, and a quiet workspace.

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM PHT. Must be flexible to work varying shifts as business needs dictate—this is essential.
