📋 Description

• Assist in recruiting and business development functions by sourcing and recruiting candidates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Identify potential clients through prospecting.

• Conduct outbound calls and perform follow-ups.

• Arrange interviews and appointments.

• Manage CRM and recruiting systems effectively.

• Support staffing and workforce development efforts.

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms.

• Perform candidate outreach via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn.

• Review resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews.

• Build and sustain active talent pipelines.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure accurate candidate records are maintained in CRM and ATS systems.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and facilities.

• Identify opportunities in staffing and recruiting.

• Generate leads and arrange appointments for leadership.

• Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

• Research target companies and key decision-makers.

• Update CRM and pipeline systems on a daily basis.

• Track metrics related to recruiting and sales activities.

• Maintain organized databases and documentation.

• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, business development, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable with making outbound calls on a daily basis.

• Professional demeanor on the phone.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

• Basic proficiency in computer and technology usage.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, recruiting for oil & gas or professional sectors, familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms, LinkedIn recruiting experience, cold calling or appointment-setting experience, and working with remote teams or virtual staffing.
