Talent Acquisition Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications and assist in the recruitment process.

• Evaluate candidates and monitor applications utilizing provided templates and systems.

• Organize interviews and maintain prompt communication with candidates to guarantee a positive experience.

• Draft and distribute offer letters in alignment with company policies and standards.

• Ensure that all hiring procedures comply with company guidelines and regulatory obligations.

• Assist with various HR and talent acquisition tasks as needed.

• Support administrative functions and reporting related to recruitment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are beneficial.

• Equivalent professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be accepted in lieu of a formal degree.

• Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required.

• Over 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a comparable HR-related position.

• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across diverse roles and levels.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and supporting comprehensive hiring processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Teams is preferred.

• Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams.

• Must be genuinely flexible and adaptable as business requirements change.

• Stable and reliable internet connection is essential.
