This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Talent Consulting: Act as the main contact for business leaders, offering expert guidance on the talent market, attraction strategies, and competency profiles to aid growth objectives, including our global expansion.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle with an emphasis on efficiency and quality, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Strategic Sourcing and Market Intelligence: Map, identify, and actively engage top talent worldwide using a multichannel, data-driven strategy. Build and maintain talent pipelines for essential roles.
• Competency Assessment: Create and implement comprehensive assessment processes, including competency-based interviews and case studies, to identify high-potential candidates who align culturally.
• Analysis and Optimization: Track and evaluate key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) — such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire — to uncover trends, generate insights, and promote ongoing process enhancement.
• Employer Branding: Partner on employer branding initiatives to establish AMORIM Global as a preferred employer for top market talent.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Recruitment and Selection, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle.
• Language: Proficiency in English is essential for communication with candidates and international stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to leverage data to guide recruitment decisions and strategies.
• Interpersonal Intelligence: Excellent communication skills with the capability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and candidates.
• International Recruitment Experience: Experience managing recruitment processes across various regions is a considerable advantage.
• Professional Background: Experience in consulting firms, financial services, technology companies, or leading law firms.
• Tools: Expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
