Talent Acquisition Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive sourcing of passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and various recruitment avenues.

• Evaluate incoming applicants to determine their suitability for the role.

• Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to assess overall fit and specific role-related criteria.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Organize interviews across different calendars, stakeholders, and time zones.

• Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and assist in generating candidate pipelines.

• Keep candidate records and recruitment systems current and well-organized.

• Participate in internal Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process enhancements, documentation, and team support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, customer service, or similar roles that involve direct interaction with individuals.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or equivalent sourcing platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Comfortable coordinating interviews and following up with various stakeholders.
