This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Deliver comprehensive recruitment support for subsidiaries within the Diagnostics, Life Sciences, and Biotech sectors.
• Formulate detailed recruitment strategies to align with business objectives.
• Facilitate strategic kick-off meetings to ascertain requirements and effectively manage the complete recruitment process, including leading regular update discussions.
• Conduct and evaluate talent supply & demand analysis, providing guidance to hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace trends.
• Design and execute thorough recruitment strategies for designated functional areas and roles, while fostering optimal sourcing methods and talent pipelines.
• Initiate or engage in (inter-)national Talent Acquisition Projects.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by adhering to candidate care initiatives.
• A university degree or equivalent experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Several years of recruitment experience in the commercial sector, including coaching hiring managers, developing and implementing innovative search techniques, and building talent pipelines, obtained in corporate settings or as an RPO.
• Proven experience in leading or taking part in (inter-)national recruitment projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills in both German and English are essential.
• Previous experience in the Medical Devices or Biotech industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities within a large corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Workday as an ATS is considered a plus.
