TAB Technician – Testing, Adjusting, Balancing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing, adjustments, and balancing (TAB) of air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to ensure they adhere to design specifications.

• Evaluate systems to confirm alignment with project plans and detect any performance-related issues.

• Interpret and analyze mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment information.

• Diligently record all testing, adjustment, and balancing efforts following project-specific reporting protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school or possession of a GED is mandatory.

• NEBB or AABC certification is desirable, though not compulsory.

• Proficient mathematical abilities, including calculations pertinent to air and water (hydronic) balancing.

• Capability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings, technical documentation, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Ability to operate independently while maintaining a keen eye for detail and a dedication to producing quality work.
