TA Resident

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to craft labor during a power equipment outage.

• Implement policies and strategies utilizing technical knowledge and previous experience.

• Leverage understanding of business drivers to achieve objectives and collaborate with other teams.

• Suggest solutions beyond established parameters with appropriate guidance.

• Tackle straightforward tasks using technical expertise and analytical thinking.

• Consult internal resources to aid in decision-making processes.

• Offer informal mentorship to new team members.

• Plan and carry out services, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment tasks at customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Services & Field Service along with Technical Advising.

• Knowledge level equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the job family/function.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Proven project management abilities.

• Readiness to undergo enhanced security checks due to involvement with critical infrastructure.
