TA Operations Graduate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate interviews among various stakeholders and across different time zones

• Oversee interview logistics, confirmations, and adjustments to schedules

• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview journey

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure hiring processes remain on schedule

• Maintain precise candidate and requisition information within Workday Recruiting and additional TA systems

• Create and distribute offer documentation while assisting with pre-hire procedures, including background checks

• Utilize AI tools and technology to enhance productivity and optimize TA operations

• Ensure compliance with hiring procedures, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards

• Participate in process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability
