Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop a 12-month technology and innovation roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Implement AI and automation use cases with well-defined success metrics and guidelines.

• Collaborate with various teams to identify genuine challenges and transform them into opportunities that advance our strategic objectives and KPIs.

• Convert operational and client requirements into straightforward, easily adoptable technical solutions.

• Conduct client-facing demonstrations as the subject matter expert, highlighting value and collecting feedback.

• Analyze and optimize our technology stack; eliminate redundancies, minimize costs, and document data workflows.

• Streamline essential handoffs between teams using APIs and low-code tools; publish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure our foundational systems are dependable and secure: manage endpoints, conduct backup tests, and perform access reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on technology, IT, or solutions role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business or scale-up environment.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Proficient in identity management, single sign-on (SSO), device management, SaaS administration, and workflow automation (APIs, scripts, Notion, or similar tools).

• Practical knowledge of security practices, including incident response and basic risk management.

• Preferred: experience with localization and accessibility technology, and basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
