This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture business connections with architects and engineers in the power utility, renewables, and data center generation sectors, as well as with system integrators and owner's engineers.
• Deliver competitive differentiation and pricing strategies to PWS management, along with leading negotiations.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about new products, enhancements, and services.
• Stay informed about current trends and business directions in utility water.
• Execute sales pursuit strategies, prepare proposals, and provide negotiation support.
• Represent Emerson at select local professional meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
• Achieve fiscal year objectives for territorial bookings and margins.
• Develop strategic accounts and create as well as implement territory business plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in power generation, engineering, field service, marketing, or sales.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
